UK Customers who would like to pay by cheque or postal order please continue to check out as normal and select to pay by cheque/postal order. Once your order has been confirmed you will receive an order confirmation by email. This will provide you with details of my address and whom to make your cheque/postal order payable to.
We also now accept Bankers Drafts in UK Sterling only.
Your order will not ship until your payment has cleared.
Our aim is to ship orders received before 3pm the same day!!! During busier times and Sales orders may ship the next working day. Orders are posted Monday through Friday. We do not post out on Saturday or Sunday.

Processing of Orders
Orders processed online will be downloaded during the business day. If orders are placed after 4pm, they will be treated as having been received on the next working day.
Ladybug Crafts working hours are Monday - Friday 9am - 4pm
If you are not completely satisfied with the goods received, return them to us as new and unused, within 14 days of order date, for a refund. If the product is faulty we will refund the returns cost.
Safe return of the goods is the responsibility of the customer.
If your goods arrive and have been damaged in transit, please take an immediate photograph. Keep all packaging and contact us as soon as possible. We cannot be held responsible for the carelessness of carriers or post men but we will do our best to help.
Items Lost in the Post
If your order has not arrived within 15 working days of the expected delivery date it is considered lost by the Post Office/Royal Mail and a claim will have to be raised for compensation. Royal Mail will conduct an investigation after which they will refund the cost of your order to us.
Only when the claim has been paid by Royal Mail can we issue replacements or a refund. Fortunately only a very small percentage of packets go missing in the postal system.
